Where do you ship to?
Because our products are made fresh and are temperature sensitive, we currently offer overnight delivery within the North Island of New Zealand to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Rural deliveries are excluded, due to extended delivery times.
Please refrigerate your slices immediately upon delivery.
Someone must be home to accept delivery.
Good news, our DIY gluten free and vegan mixes can be shipped nationwide. Please message us if you'd like to order these.
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders once a week on Wednesdays. To be included, please place your order by 2pm Tuesday for next-day delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a fixed rate of $15.00 no matter how much you order.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Issues
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Please ensure your order details (flavours, sizes, delivery address, dates) are correct at the time of ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
- Notify us within 4 hours of delivery
- Email clear photos of the product and packaging
- Include your order number and delivery details
Once assessed, we may offer:
- A replacement (where possible), or
- A partial or full refund
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Courier & Delivery
We take great care in packaging our cakes and slices securely for transport.
However, once your order leaves our kitchen, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Damage due to mishandling during transit
- Parcels left unattended
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive chilled deliveries immediately.
Storage Responsibility
All cakes and slices must be refrigerated upon arrival.
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from:
- Incorrect storage
- Exposure to heat
- Delayed refrigeration
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before dispatch may receive a refund (minus any processing fees).
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of dispatch are non-refundable, as preparation will have already begun.
Custom or large wholesale orders may require longer notice periods.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Any quality concerns must be reported within 4 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
